I cheated on this one. I tried several motion blur shots and didn't get anything good because I can't set shutter speed with my camera. Then as I was sorting pictures from my UK trip I found this. The blur was from the car moving. I liked it so much I decided to use it anyway.
Make a photograph with motion blur today. Use a fast moving subject or a slow shutter speed can do the trick.
